Name: Julia "Julie" Winters

Sexual Orientation: Bi-sexual, a bit of a nympho (I realize that sex is not the focus of the game, but it's canon, she goes on a sex binge in the middle of the comics and comes back pregnant.)
Occupation: "Freelance social worker"
Personality: Julie has a fuck you attitude. She has a thing for broken people, and likes to change, reform and make them better. She's a feminist who flaunts her imperfect body in sexual ways and skimpy cloths.
History:(THE MAXX SPOILERS!) Li'l Julie Winters was a happy little girl. She loved to play in her elm tree and pretend she was a Jungle Queen, having grand, epic adventures. When Julie was 8, she found a bunny in the road, screaming, hit by a truck. She took it home and tried to make it better. After a while, it stopped screaming and just scratched at its box with it's good leg. It troubled her, and she ended up resenting the bunny. Her mother eventually killed the bunny with a shovel, which Julie witnessed. It was then that she learned how to submmerge, surpress, and bury trauma.
When she was 17, she went to college as an architect student. One rainy night she was beaten, raped, and left for dead. Miraculously, she survived but dropped out of college and used her tuition money to set up a social working business.
On yet another rainy night, Julie was driving along when a bum jumped out into the road and she hit him. Feeling guilty, she stopped, and covered the bum with garbage. It was at that moment that Julie's 'spirit animal' attempted to contact her, but the bum, Maxx got mixed up and he believed himself to be Julie's protector.
Maxx and Julie became friends, with Maxx, a purple suited superhero fighting evil, and protecting Julie, his jungle queen.

Symptoms:
Schizophrenia- Julie believes in alternate worlds, the spirit world called "The Outback." where she is a Jungle Queen and runs with leopards. She has, for the most part, suppressed these fantasies.
Nymphomania- Julie drowns out her troubles with promiscuous sex.
Post traumatic stress- Due to her rape.
